Processing Times
All items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before dispatch. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or courier service, depending on size and destination. Tracking is provided where available.

Estimated Delivery Times

• UK: 2–5 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged Parcels
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• The damaged item

• The packaging

• The shipping label

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears lost, please contact us. Claims cannot be filed until the carrier’s required waiting period has passed.
